SDS Return & Exchange Policy
At SDS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all devices are in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your SDS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the item securely in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
